The Sell a Car service on AutoHunter.ca offers great value through extremely favorable listing fees for wide exposure for your vehicle to Alberta buyers and numerous effective enhancements to improve the chances of a buyer noticing your advertisement.
The AutoHunter.ca system allows auto sellers to purchase credits on our system to activate "For Sale Listings" for a specific period of time. Credits can be purchased individually or in packaged blocks. In no event will autohunter.ca issue refunds for credits that have been purchased and utilized or applied to a specific listing. Credits that have been purchased in packaged blocks, but only partially used, are non-refundable. (Unused credits will remain in your account for future access.)
AutoHunter.ca therefore does not offer refunds on listing fees.
AutoHunter.ca cannot provide a refund if you change your mind about the Ad, or its content or enhancements, or if you have made mistakes in submitting the Ad, or if you have not received any inquiries or offers to purchase the vehicle through AutoHunter.ca, or if the vehicle has already been sold through other means. (Auto sellers are allowed unlimited edits of their AutoHunter Ad, in real-time and it is therefore the sellers responsibility to make sure the ad content is correct.)
We also cannot provide a refund if AutoHunter.ca has made mistakes in the content or enhancements of the Ad. In any case where autohunter.ca has made such mistakes, we will of course make appropriate corrections to the Ad.
As part of our “Satisfaction Guarantee”, AutoHunter.ca may provide complimentary or discounted credits to clients if the circumstances warrant it.
